3 ways:
• During sign up, you will receive a welcome email with your first service date.
• Log into your account: when you log onto your account, click on the sidebar on the “Subscription details” tab to see when your next cleaning is.
• Text alerts: We try to make it easier on you by sending text messages the night before your cleaning, as well as the morning of your cleaning when our driver is on their way. When signing up make sure to select that you want to receive SMS text messages for this feature to work.

We understand! Our service covers up to two bins, so whether you have one bin or two, the price remains the same. This allows us to provide consistent scheduling, professional service, and thorough cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing each visit. If you add a second bin in the future, it will already be included at no additional cost.

We recommend cleaning your bins monthly (our most popular option) or quarterly depending on usage to keep them fresh and sanitary.

Log into your account: On the left hand side of the account is a tab labeled “Availability Calendar”. When you click this, you will be able to select all dates that you are unavailable. Our system will automatically schedule your next visit beyond this date.

Once you click sign up, you will see our available options to choose from. A one time cleaning is typically more expensive than our recurring visits.
