2. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure safe and efficient service, customers agree to the following:
• Trash and recycling bins must be empty and accessible at the curb or designated pickup location on the scheduled service day.
• Bins containing excessive trash, animal waste, chemicals, oils, paint, adhesives, hazardous materials, or construction debris may not be serviced.
• Customers are responsible for providing access codes or instructions for gated properties if necessary.
• Customers requesting service on private property or inside garages assume responsibility for maintaining safe access conditions.
• Brightwave Bin Clean reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or bins are excessively damaged.
While we make every effort to thoroughly clean and deodorize bins, certain stains, odors, or substances may require multiple treatments or may not be fully removable.
3. Scheduling & Service Notifications
Customers will receive service reminders and notifications via text message, email, or phone prior to scheduled service dates.
If bins are unavailable for cleaning at the scheduled appointment time, a missed service fee may apply. This includes:
• Bins not placed out for service
• Bins still containing trash or recyclables
• Blocked or inaccessible bins
No missed service fee will apply if the local waste hauler fails to complete scheduled pickup.
Customers may request service rescheduling or temporary pauses with advance notice.
4. Weather & Service Delays
Brightwave Bin Clean may delay or reschedule service due to:
• Severe weather
• Unsafe road conditions
• Equipment maintenance
• Unforeseen operational issues
Customer safety, employee safety, and protection of property remain our top priorities. We will make every reasonable effort to notify customers of service changes promptly.
5. Payments & Billing
Customers agree to pay all applicable service fees and taxes.
• Payment is processed after completed service unless prepaid arrangements are made.
• Customers must maintain a valid debit or credit card on file for recurring service plans.
• Receipts and invoices will be provided electronically.
Brightwave Bin Clean reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Customers will be notified of pricing changes in advance whenever possible.
6. Subscription Services
Recurring service plans continue automatically until canceled by the customer.
Customers may:
• Change service frequency
• Pause service temporarily
• Cancel recurring service with advance notice prior to the next scheduled visit
Failure to cancel before the next scheduled service date may result in charges for that appointment.
7. Property & Liability
Customers acknowledge that some water overspray may occur during the cleaning process. Brightwave Bin Clean is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage to bins
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor water overspray
• Frozen water caused by cold-weather conditions following service
Customers assume responsibility for maintaining safe conditions surrounding service areas.
8. Sanitization Disclaimer
Brightwave Bin Clean uses high-temperature water and professional cleaning methods designed to sanitize and deodorize trash bins. However, we do not guarantee the complete elimination of all bacteria, viruses, odors, or contaminants.
Our services are intended to significantly improve cleanliness and sanitation but are not a substitute for medical-grade sterilization.
9. Privacy Policy
Brightwave Bin Clean respects your privacy. We do not sell or share customer personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments or provide services.
